"I strongly recommend Chris Upson and State Farm insurance. The newest car I ever owned, a 2022 Honda Accord, was totaled 6 weeks after I bought it by a red light runner that was severely under insured. State Farm and Chris Upson paid off the policy using my under insured driver coverage. That was to be expected but what I did not expect was that State Farm would continue to work on my behalf. Today I received a notice, 10 months after the accident, that I would be receiving a check for my out of pocket expenses that they had successfully collected from the other driver. Thank you State Farm and Chris Upson."

"Worst insurance experience in my entire adult life with this office. Don’t expect them to help you with finding the right or affordable policy for your situation or car/cars. My “quote” doubled in portal just before 2nd month was due 😡 Portal is vague & unhelpful. Billing was a nightmare. Excuses for improper billing put on their understaffed underwriters!? If you don’t pay you get cancelled so you are forced to overpay the incorrect amount!! 20-30 communications per month with this office (no joke) & still no resolve. I had to leave for my mental health mid-policy! Avoid the unprofessionalism at this office."
